who we are

Family Life Christian Centre (FLCC) has been part of the Barry’s Bay community since its founding in 2004 by Pastor Richard Lorenzin. Pastor Richard and his wife, Tracey, faithfully served as pastors until 2018. From 2019 to 2023, Pastor Mark Graham and his wife, Mandy, led the church, followed by a season of interim leadership under Pastor David and Marie Tubby. In October 2026, Pastor Mark Moss and his wife, Hilary, stepped into the role of Lead Pastor.

From the very beginning, FLCC has called Barry’s Bay home. Over the years, we have gathered in high schools, public schools, skating rinks, and even the local Legion. While our meeting places have changed, our mission has remained the same: to be an evangelical cornerstone in the Madawaska Valley, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers to fulfill the Great Commission.

Today, FLCC is a church family committed to knowing Jesus, growing together, serving our community, and sending believers into the world with the hope of the gospel. We believe God has a purpose for FLCC in the Madawaska Valley, and we are excited about what He is doing and what lies ahead.

We currently meet every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. Because we are a church without a permanent facility, our meeting location can vary. Be sure to check our Events page for the most up-to-date information about where we are gathering each Sunday.

We are believing God for the day when FLCC will have a permanent home, a place where we can gather, serve, grow, and shine brightly the light and life of Jesus throughout our community.
